My story

After my time at McKinsey, I founded a business called Payspective which helped companies figure out how much to pay their people. It opened my eyes to the fact that professionals have more power to negotiate their pay than they realise.

  • I got to speak to hundreds of Founders, Executives and People leaders...most of them were terrified at not being able to attract or retain the right talent.
  • During this time, I saw tens of thousands of people’s salaries – from Engineers to Product Managers, from SDRs to AEs, from Ops to People people, to CFOs, COOs, CEOs.
  • Having sold my company, I am now working with "the other side" in a bid to level the playing field by helping professionals negotiate their compensation.
