6. Refund Policy
a. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, including the Playbook, are non-refundable.
b. Coaching: PM Payback Pledge
We offer a results-based refund guarantee on coaching services, known as the PM Payback Pledge. You are eligible for a full refund of the coaching fee if all of the following conditions are met:
- You did not receive a gross salary increase of at least £5,000 in your annual base salary within 6 months after your first coaching session
- You provide your most recent payslip before the start of coaching to establish your baseline salary
- You provide your most recent payslip dated 6 months after your first coaching session, or within 14 days of that date, to verify your updated salary
- The increase must be in gross annual base salary, excluding bonuses, one-off payments or benefits in kind
- Salary paid in other currencies will be assessed based on the GBP equivalent at the time of the second payslip
- If you move to a part-time role, salary will be assessed on a pro-rata full-time equivalent basis
- The outcome is valid regardless of whether the raise results from a new job, internal promotion or other factors – we do not assess attribution
If you fail to provide the initial payslip within 7 days of the first coaching session or if you fail to provide your follow-up payslip within 14 days of the end of the 6 month period, you waive your right to a refund, regardless of outcome.
This guarantee only applies to employed individuals with payslips. It does not apply to freelancers, contractors or self-employed clients.
If all conditions are met, the refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the required documentation.
The decision on eligibility rests solely with Patrick Maier Ltd, based on the evidence provided and the conditions above.
